LOCAL DELIVERY IN INDIA

Please allow 1-2 days after your order has been placed for processing and packing.

Average lead time is 7-10 working days. 

For urgent shipments please contact us, so we can make sure your order will reach you in time.
 

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Once you place your order online, we will send you an email acknowledging the receipt of your order. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a second email with shipping information and expected delivery date/time (Please check your junk/spam/promotions folders for the invoice as well).
 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders of in-stock items may be cancelled if you contact us before they are dispatched, which is within 6 hours of placing the order. Once your package is en route, our return and exchange policies apply.
 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We only offer Exchange, no Returns. Our Exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Exchange is only possible if the product is received in a damaged condition.
